To initiate the repair process, kindly click on the designated "book repair" button below. This will redirect you to our eBay page where you can proceed with the checkout. The listed price encompasses a comprehensive diagnostic assessment, as well as the convenience of courier collection.

Pay for diagnostic & receive shipping label
On receipt of your order and payment, we will send you an email confirmation, with an attachment of a pre-paid address label that you can print out. If you don’t have a printer, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative courier for collection.
4.
Package your battery with the charger
Please ensure your battery is securely packed with ample padding to withstand rough handling during shipping without any damage. Remember to include any keys required to operate the battery. Don't forget to send your charger along with the battery for testing later testing. It is crucial to insulate and isolate any exposed loose wires from each other to prevent potential hazards and ensure safety during handling and postage.
5.
Attach postage label & wait for collection
Please make sure to securely affix the printed postage label that we have provided to you onto the package you previously prepared. Once the label is attached, kindly await the courier's arrival for collection.

We will contact you with diagnostic results
Thank you for your patience as we receive and diagnose your battery. This process may take 3-5 working days. Rest assured, we will contact you again to confirm receipt of your battery and share the diagnostic results promptly.
