The price in this listing includes full diagnostic and collection shipping only, after diagnostic of the issue we will issue a full repair estimate,
 
We won’t be able to give a full estimate until we fully test your battery, but here are some ideas of cost:
 
General Service - Starting from: £70 inc VAT
Partial Cell Rebuild - Starting from: £105 inc VAT
Full Cell Rebuild - Starting from: £195 inc VAT
 
How to Proceed with this Service:
If you're not sure we can repair your battery, feel free to contact us directly with any questions and ideally a picture of your battery first, see our Contact page.
Complete the checkout on this listing.
Download the PDF (either via email or via the order confirmation screen)
Click the link contained within to our ClickUp booking form, fill this out with the details of your battery and all relevant information.
On receipt of your order and form submission, we will send you an email confirmation along with collection details, with an attachment of a pre-written address label that you can print out.  (If you dont have access to a printer let us know in the booking form)
Follow the instructions in the email you receive from us on how to pack your battery safely. Be sure to send your charger along with the battery and key if there is one.
Attach the pre-paid label to the box, and wait for our courier to collect.
We will then be in touch once again to confirm we have received your battery and results of the diagnostics.
Total service time can take up to 10 working days, if there are any delays we will of course contact you first.
 
Is Our Service Covered by any Guarantee?
Yes! We stand over all repairs from 30 days since your battery was returned back to you, and 6 Months cover with us for complete cell rebuilds. See our full Terms and Conditions.
 
Who can use this Service?
Anyone in mainland UK can use our collection services, however we can't currently arrange collection from: Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands or anywhere outside the UK. If your address falls within these areas your booking will be cancelled and a full refund given, we can however arrange a diagnostic service for you if your battery is sent directly to us at your risk if pre-arranged beforehand.
