To get started you need to Contact us through Facebook, phone call, E-mail or the on site contact form and let us know about the issues you are experiencing with your device then we can book you a diagnostic to to see what is wrong with the device.
We'll diagnose it and provide a price estimate
After we receive your device our technicians will thoroughly examine it to pinpoint the problem. We'll provide a clear explanation of the issue and a timeframe for the repair. if you are happy the price and time estimate we will proceed with the repair.
Post or bring the device to our workshop
You have the option to either drop off your device at our office or, if you are located far away, you can simply post it to us, just confirm with us first! For those in Bristol or Bath who can't make it to us, please inform us, and for a small call-out fee we will organize a convenient pickup from your residence, home, or office.
